Refund and Returns Policy

We hope you love your 3D-printed creations, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.


🗓 Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or email).

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Digital downloads
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

💔 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll happily replace or refund the item — just send us a photo and order number to:

🔄 Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrectly shipped

If your exchange is approved, we’ll ship a replacement as soon as possible.


💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


📦 Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item).
We recommend using a tracked service — we are not responsible for lost return packages.
