Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of most of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us β€” we’re friendly and will always try to find a solution.


πŸ’₯ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Email us at info@noisynosy.com within 5 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

  3. We’ll offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation

We may ask you to return the damaged item before sending a replacement.

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you’d like a different item, please place a new order and contact us about a possible discount for the inconvenience.

Returns (if approved) must:

  • Be unused and in original packaging

  • Be shipped back within 7 days of return approval

  • Have a valid tracking number sent to us by email

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
